1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contracting our engineering services, or utilizing digital products created by OhmVeda Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

OhmVeda Technologies specializes in IoT solutions, embedded firmware bring-up, PCB layout design, mobile applications, and custom enterprise cloud platforms. Specific deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria are defined in individualized Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a written contract:

Custom Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all contracted fees, ownership of bespoke application source code and custom schematics transfers to the client.
Pre-existing Frameworks & Core IP: OhmVeda Technologies retains ownership of its proprietary base firmware libraries, core drivers, reusable utility libraries, and developer tools.

4. Client Obligations & Approvals

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required domain assets, access to test benches, and relevant hardware components necessary for fulfilling sprint deliverables. Unreasonable delays in review may necessitate milestone schedule adjustments.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree that all confidential information—including schematics, business logic, codebase, financial terms, and customer records—shall be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OhmVeda Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or deliverables.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
